Massage therapists know more about muscles of the body than many doctors do!
STEP 1: Get some masking tape, pen, and a stuffed animal. It might also help to have a muscle anatomy diagram pulled up (from a textbook or online).
STEP 2: Use sticky notes or index cards to label as many muscles as you can (pretending the stuffed animal is a human); use tape to attach the labels in the correct anatomical position on your stuffed animal!
STEP 3: Share a picture of your labeled stuffed animal in the Student Showcase to build your resume!
