How healthy is your eating? Here is a simple activity to try (which real dietitians do with their patients!):
STEP 1: Count the calories of EVERYTHING you eat for 24 hours. Then get the sum of calories from this 24 hour period.
STEP 2: Use this MyPlate widget to find the actual number of calories your body needs:
STEP 3: Analyze and compare – Are you eating the appropriate amount of calories? What can you do to improve?
